Refund Policy
I reserve the right to cancel a class, postpone a class, limit enrollment to a class, and change the location of a class when necessary. Should I cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or postpone a class, you will be notified by email and/or phone. At that time, you have the option of receiving a full refund or selecting another course. If you do not want to choose another class, you will receive a full refund if I cancel or postpone a class.
In-Person Public Class Refunds
Registration for in-person public classes will close forty-five days prior to the class date. You may withdraw from a class and receive a full refund by sending a written request to kd@edarnell.com no later than forty-five days prior to the class start date. No refund is available after 45 days prior to the class start date.
Virtual Public Class Refunds
Registration for virtual public classes will close seven days prior to the class date. You may withdraw from a class and receive a full refund by sending a written request to kd@edarnell.com no later than seven days prior to the class start date. No refund is available after seven days prior to the class start date.
