Two-Day In-Person Classes

Option One

  • Focus on classroom instruction without exercise feedback
A great option if you prefer an in-person class, but the other options present agency budget restrictions.
Price¹:
8-15 Students: $5,975
16-30 Students: $6,475

Option Two

  • Written feedback on one exercise for up to 10 students
Written feedback on exercises helps identify areas for improvement. I will provide the feedback following the course.
Price¹:
8-15 Students: $7,425
16-30 Students: $7,925

Option Three

  • Written feedback on actual reports for up to 10 students
Written feedback on actual reports provides a great opportunity to identify and correct challenges students face. Agencies typically provide unedited reports under a non-disclosure agreement.

Three-Day In-Person Classes

Duration: 24 Hours | Maximum Class Size: 30
Includes: Classroom instruction, Tailored exercises, Quick Reference Guide, Travel & lodging costs

These classes are hosted at your organization’s location. They are best suited for groups that want an in-person training experience with additional time for in-depth feedback sessions and deeper discussions about tools to overcome writing challenges.
These classes can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, and the prices are negotiable to meet your needs.

Option One

  • Twenty hours of classroom instruction
  • Four hours of individual exercise feedback for up to 8 students
A relaxed pace that allows for more discussion about investigative and audit report writing challenges. Includes one-on-one in-person feedback sessions with 4 to 8 students using exercises they write in class.

16-30 Students: $9,150

Option Two

  • Twenty hours of classroom instruction
  • Four hours of individual actual report feedback for up to 4 students
Along with more discussion, this option also includes in-person one-on-one feedback sessions with four students using actual reports they have written. Especially useful for staff members who could benefit from in-depth assistance to address specific issues. This is the most popular class.

16-30 Students: $9,360

Option Three

  • Sixteen hours of classroom instruction
  • Eight hours of individual feedback for up to 16 students
The third day is dedicated to in-person individual feedback sessions, allowing up to 16 students to receive 30 to 60 minute personalized guidance using the exercises they write in class. This option is beneficial if you prefer feedback for all or most of your staff.

Virtual Online Classes

Duration: 12 Hours of instruction (Three four-hour days) | Maximum Class Size: 30
Includes: Classroom instruction, Tailored exercises, Quick Reference Guide

These classes are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. They are a great option if budget is a concern.

These classes can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, and the prices are negotiable to meet your needs.

  • The exercises in this class are optional and students will complete them outside the training day.
  • Written feedback after the class for at least one exercise
While virtual training will never be as engaging as in-person classes, students still find this class to be interesting and informative. In the past couple of years, this class has become very popular.
Price¹:

16-30 Students: $5,3000

Option Two

  • One-on-one report or exercise feedback for up to 8 students
This option adds 30-minute one-on-one virtual feedback sessions for up to 8 students. Feedback can focus on real reports or training exercises.
Price¹:
8-15 Students: $6,500
16-30 Students: $6,900

¹ The prices for the private in-person classes include my travel costs to your location, but the prices may need to be adjusted to reflect actual travel expenses in particularly expensive travel locations. In most cases, though, these prices reflect the price I will propose.  I will provide a final proposal for your approval.

Any modifications, such as additional feedback sessions or additional training days, may affect pricing.

Hosted Virtual Class

Duration: 12 Hours (three 4-hour days) | Maximum Class Size: 30 | Minimum Class Size: 10

These classes are hosted by me and open to government and corporate investigators, auditors, and analysts.

Per-Person Option

  • Priced per student
This is the best option for small offices or for organizations with only a few staff who would like to attend. The exercises in this class are optional and will be completed outside of class time. I will provide written feedback to the exercises after the completion of the class.
